Lisa Young M. Ost.
Lisa graduated from the ESO in 2015 with an integrated masters in osteopathy. After graduating she worked on her home Island of the Isle of Man in a large multidisciplinary clinic until moving to Clevedon in September 2017 and joining us at the Rochester Lodge consulting team. Whilst working on the Island Lisa developed a keen interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation.
In particular she enjoys the treatment, rehabilitation and support work that comes with endurance running and race walking for which she has supported athletes competing across Europe.
Lisa now splits her time working between our clinic in Weston-super-Mare and a practice in Bristol. She uses a combination of osteopathic manipulation techniques, soft tissue, stretching and dry needling (western acupuncture) alongside tailored rehabilitation exercises to fit each patient.
Outside of clinic Lisa enjoys fell running, pool and open water swimming, road cycling and mountain biking and balances it out with yoga. She leads this lifestyle all of which accompanied by the dog.
